About Me

Born in London, I have lived here all my life. I am based in Kensington where my studio is set up. After a varied and colourful career, I qualified as a photographer 6 years ago. My life has always been driven by “all things artistic” and it seemed inevitable that I should find myself looking through the lens of a camera to capture the beauty that exists around us.

In 2005, after gaining City and Guilds in Photography and specialising in Portraiture, I won “Plant Portrait of the Year” in the Royal Horticultural Society’s international photographic competition. To my sheer delight I was presented with my award by the late, great photographer Lord Lichfield. Following on from this success I received commissions from both the RHS and The Medici Society who produced various prestigious card ranges and stationary. Recently I was awarded Associateship with the British Institute of Professional Photography.

Photographing people is such an enjoyable part of my work. Meeting a variety of personalities whether old or young, is always a privilage. I aim to give the best photographic experience to each individual client by creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere full of enthusiasm and energy.

Communication is paramount to ensure the best results.

Passionate in every aspect of photography, I draw on my design based background to create images full of flair, creativity and impact.

Whether I am photographing people, plantlife, places or special occasions, my philosophy is the same - have fun!
